Abstract
Detective Chief Inspector Monika Paniatowski's bitter personal history with Chief Superintendent Tom Kershaw makes her resent the emphasis being put on finding his wife, who has apparently been kidnapped following an automobile accident. When young prostitute Grace Meade also disappears, Monika sees enough similarities to justify widening her search, even though she has been told to devote her time to the Kershaw case.

Abstract
Psychologist Faith Corcoran is desperate to escape the stalker who's made her life a nightmare for the past year -- desperate enough to run to the one place that has been her nightmare far longer. Both boon and bane, her recent inheritance of her grandmother's old house in Cincinnati offers a sanctuary in which she can start her life anew, but requires that she face dark memories that resonate to this day. She has no idea, however, just how close to home her fears still are ... Two college girls have gone missing in the area, and FBI special agent Deacon Novak is called to work on the case. When his inquiry unexpectedly leads him to Faith, he finds a beautiful and brave woman he can't help but fall for. Soon they'll discover that this seemingly simple investigation is anything but. Reaching back decades into Faith's own past, it will shatter everything she believes to be true and will give terrifying new meaning to "flesh and blood.

Abstract
In a land sculpted by glaciers, the forest is on fire. Thick smoke chokes the mountain air and casts a twilight glow over the imposing mountains and vistas of Montana's Glacier National Park. When firefighters are called in to dig fuel line breaks near the small town bordering the park, a crew member is shocked to unearth a shallow grave containing human remains. Park police officer Monty Harris is summoned to the site to conduct an excavation. But with a 2,500-degree incendiary monster threatening to barrel through the town and no forensic detective on hand, Monty must work outside protocol. So he seeks help from Gretchen Larson, the county's lead crime scene investigator, and someone on whom Monty feels he can rely. The two are working against the clock to determine the true identity of the victim, when a teenager suddenly disappears from one of the campgrounds in Glacier. Could the cases somehow be connected?

Missing Persons--Investigation--Fiction.
Abstract
The good news is that Joe Pickett has his job back, after his last adventure in The Disappeared. The bad news is that he's come to learn that a drone is killing wildlife -- and the drone belongs to a mysterious and wealthy man whose grandson is dating Joe's own daughter, Lucy. When Joe tries to lay down the rules for the drone operator, he's asked by the FBI and the DOJ to stand down, which only makes him more suspicious. Meanwhile, bodies are piling up in and around Joe's district in shocking numbers. He begins to fear that a pack of four vicious killers working on behalf of the Sinaloa cartel known as the Wolf Pack have arrived. Their target seems to be the mystery man and everyone--including Joe, Nate, and others--who are associated with him. Teaming up with a female game warden (based on a real person, one of the few female game wardens at work in Wyoming today) to confront these assassins, Joe finds himself in the most violent and dangerous predicament he's ever faced.
